About me
My name is Ambre, I am a mobile qualified therapist based in Chesham and the surrounding area 10 miles radius.
Facing challenges in balancing work and personal life a few years ago led me to discover Reiki—a transformative journey that nurtured my spiritual and emotional growth.
Inspired by this experience, I embraced a new path as an Usui Reiki Master and Reflexologist, with a passion for supporting parents and children through life’s challenges, drawing from my own perspective as a parent.
In 2024, I achieved my ITEC Level 3 diploma in Reflexology at The London School of Reflexology, under the guidance of the renowned Louise Keet. Fully insured and holding an Enhanced DBS certificate, I am also listed on the NHS referral directory. My Reiki journey, which began in 2022, culminated in becoming an Usui Reiki Master, trained by Cecile Dubois in France. I offer my services with the aim of promoting healing and well-being.

What is Reiki?
"Rei" which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and "Ki" which is "life force energy" (Japanese origin)
Reiki is a natural method of care designed to harmonise and rebalance the body’s energy centers. It works to release physical and emotional tensions, alleviate blockages, and revitalize the entire body, deeply relaxing and toning it. Reiki regenerates the body, enhances overall health, promotes a general sense of well-being, and cultivates inner peace. It also facilitates personal transformation and is often used as a complementary therapy alongside medical treatments.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a calming complementary therapy rooted in the belief that reflex points on the feet, hands, and face are connected to various organs and systems in the body. By applying gentle pressure to these points, it promotes relaxation, supports the body’s natural healing process, and restores balance. Reflexology can help enhance emotional wellbeing, foster healthier sleep patterns, and create a sense of calm. It is safe for all age groups, from newborns to the seniors, and can be tailored to meet individual emotional and physical needs. While some people experience benefits after just a couple of sessions, those with chronic conditions might require more treatments to notice a significant change.

Advanced Hand Reflexology £55 for 60 mins
Mini Treatment (stress, anxiety …) £30 for 30 mins
Under 16 £30 for 30 mins
Reiki:
Reiki Healing £60 for 60 mins (Face to Face)
Distance Reiki Healing £60 for 60 mins/£30 for 30 mins
Reiki Healing with Reflexology £90 for 90 mins

Payment
Payment is by cash or card on the day or bank transfer in advance.
Cancellation
If you're feeling unwell before your appointment, please let me know, and we can cancel and reschedule for a time when you're feeling better. It's important to prioritize your health, and we can easily rearrange your session to suit your needs!
